MegaMex Foods (Orange, Calif.), the Orange (Calif.) sales office and the Los Angeles (Irvine, Calif.) sales office celebrated by spending time in the surf and sand!
On Saturday, August 6, three great branches of Hormel Foods came together to celebrate our 125th Anniversary with a beach picnic in Newport Beach, Calif. The team also celebrated the 100th Anniversary of Grupo Herdez, makers of the Herdez® brand. With two great reasons to get festive, the teams took full advantage!
Over 135 attendees gathered to engage in some beach fun with corn hole, paddle boards, pedal boats and even a hula hoop contest. There was fun to be had on both water and land!
Those who wanted to celebrate in a more relaxing manner socialized, sun bathed and enjoyed a taco bar with cupcakes for dessert.
As if the celebration wasn’t already fabulous, the teams and their families ended the evening with a large bonfire.
Congratulations to the MegaMex Foods team, the Orange sales team and the Los Angeles sales team on taking full advantage of their sunny locations in the name of Hormel Foods. Surf’s up!
